Crazy long noodles at a cozy, family run business! Shout out for the flavorful Biang Biang noodles. Pork dumplings rounded out our meal.

People there were very friendly. I liked the orange chicken. We tried the wide noodle dishes with no spice since so many said if anything too spicy. Ours could have had more spice flavor. I thought the noodles were a little thick . My wife and daughter liked them though. I took the food to go . I'm sure it would have been a lot better served hot .

Absolutely DELICIOUS! My new favorite biang biang noodle spot in the area. I went for dinner on a thursday evening and the place had quite a few people inside already. We got seated immediately and served water. You order and pay from a qr code and when your food is ready they bring it out to your table. I got the beef rib mix at spicy level 2 -- this was the perfect level where there was some heat but it wasn't distracting. It complemented the flavor really well. The beef rib was a good size and really did just fall of the bone, the meat was so good. I do think the noodles were the star of the show though. Perfectly thick and chewy with the most delicious sauce to soak up. I devoured it all and they give a really generous portion too. I'd highly recommend trying this spot out! I can't wait to come back for more :)

Even after over a year since my first time here, my second time was just as great! I went during a Friday night in an area where parking gets filled very quickly. There's not too much seating inside and the place got full within half an hour of my stay there for eating. The place is very casual, with painted pictures on the walls and the kitchen just behind the counter. Servers get you water when you get seated but you can still get your own. You order your food using a QR code that you scan on your phone, and pay before the kitchen receives your order. My friend and I got the mala spicy beef rib dry mix noodle with extra noodles added onto each. This was also the dish I got my first time here back in 2022, though I got mines with 3-star spice as well. It's just as flavorful as I remember it, and the beef pulls easily right off the bone and is very tender! I wish there was more meat and noodles for this dish, I really wanted to savour each bite and have some more of it! This place is similar to Biang Biang in Cap Hill in that both serve similar noodles, though quality here is pretty consistent for the same dish. It's a little far off in Kirkland but I still highly recommend here for their dry mix noodles!
